Who provides the service
DigiNhance, a sole proprietorship, operates Invoice Saathi at invoicesaathi.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the business or person using the software.
What the service is
Invoice Saathi is billing software. It helps you create invoices, bills of supply, quotations, receipts and the other documents listed on the plan you choose, work out the tax on them, and keep a record.
It is software, not professional advice. It does not give you legal, tax, accounting or company-secretarial advice, and it does not file your returns for you. Whether a document is correct for your business, and what you file, stays your responsibility and your accountant's. Check the figures before you issue a bill.
Plans and payment
There is a free plan and there are paid annual plans. What each one includes, and what it costs in Indian rupees inclusive of GST, is set out on the pricing section of the home page. That page is the current price list, and these terms deliberately do not repeat the numbers so the two can never disagree.
A paid plan buys one year of access from the day the payment is applied. It does not renew by itself and nothing is taken from your card or account again without you starting a new payment.
Payments are processed by Cashfree. Card and bank details are handled by the payment processor and we never see or store your full card number.
Your account
The account belongs to the business that signs up. Keep the login details safe and do not share them outside that business. Anything done with your login is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
Each plan allows a set number of users and devices. Those limits are on the pricing section, and the app tells you when you reach one.
Your data
Your bills, customers and items are yours. You can read them and export them on every plan, including the free plan and including a paid plan that has lapsed. We do not hold a business's own billing history back over a renewal.
What we do with that data, who else touches it and how to get it out is set out on the privacy page.
How you may use it
Use the software for your own business billing. Do not use it to issue documents you know to be false, to break Indian law, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend an account that is doing one of those things, and we will tell you why.
Changes to the service and to prices
The product is under active development, so features get added and occasionally changed. We will not remove something a plan you have already paid for was sold on during the year you paid for.
Prices can change. A change applies when you next renew, never in the middle of a period you have already paid for, and the price you pay is the one shown at the moment you pay.
Refunds
What we refund, what we look at case by case, and what we do not refund is set out on the refunds page. That page is part of these terms.
Availability and liability
The app is built to keep billing when the internet drops, but no service is up all the time and we do not promise that it will be. We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for. Beyond that, and to the extent Indian law allows it to be limited, our liability for any claim connected with the service is capped at what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the arrangement
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can export your data before you go. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your records first unless the law stops us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
