Works offline

Offline billing software that still syncs when you are back online

Desktop billing software works offline because it never leaves the shop PC, which also means it dies with that PC. Cloud software survives the PC but stops when the network does. This does both: it bills offline and keeps a copy in your account.

What you get

How offline billing works here

Bills save on the device first

The counter never waits for the network.

Sync when the connection returns

Bills go up in small batches, so a weak signal still gets them through.

Install from the browser

On Android it goes to the home screen; on a PC it opens as its own window. No download file.

Same account on up to three devices

On Pro, the counter PC and the owner's phone see the same records.

Your data, exportable on every plan

Export your records whenever you want, including on the free plan.

How does offline billing actually work?

Every bill is saved on the phone or PC first, before anything goes to the internet. When the connection is there, bills sync to your account in the background in small batches. When it drops, billing carries on exactly the same, and the unsent bills go up when the connection returns.

That order matters. Software that sends the bill to a server before it prints makes the customer wait whenever the network is slow, which at a busy counter is most evenings.

Is offline desktop software better than online billing?

Desktop software works offline, but the bills live on one PC: if it breaks or is stolen, the records go with it unless someone kept backups. Online-only software keeps the records safe but stops when the internet does. Offline-first billing does both: it bills without a connection and keeps a copy in your account.

It also means the owner can check the day's sales from home on their own phone, which desktop software on the shop PC cannot offer.

What do you need to start billing offline?

An Android phone, a tablet or a PC with a modern browser, and optionally a 58mm thermal printer over Bluetooth or USB. Open the app once with a connection to sign in and set up your items. After that it installs to the home screen and works whether the shop has signal or not.

There is no download file and nothing to install from a CD or a link sent on WhatsApp.

Can two counters bill offline at the same time?

Yes. Each device keeps billing on its own while it is offline, and each one sends its bills to the same account when it reconnects. On the Pro plan up to three devices share one account, so a second counter or the owner's phone sees the same records once they have synced.

The owner's phone does not need to be in the shop. Once the counter has synced, the day's sales and expenses are on the owner's phone as well.

What happens to your data if you stop using the app?

You can export your bills and records on every plan, including the free one, and including after a paid plan lapses. The bills are yours, and moving to another system, or back to paper, never depends on keeping a subscription running.

If a paid plan lapses, the account drops back to the free plan rather than locking you out.

Free to start, INR 2,500 or INR 5,000 a year.
