One address covers all of it. There is no ticket number to quote and no form to fill in first.
- Billing questions: what a plan includes, or what you were charged
- Refunds, duplicate charges and failed payments
- Account help: sign in, devices, or moving your data out
- Product questions, bugs and things that print wrong
- Anything on the terms, refunds or privacy pages
Post and phone
There is no support phone line and no walk-in office, so email is the honest answer rather than a number nobody picks up. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask for one by email and we will send it.
How long we take
We read everything and reply as soon as we can. We have not been running long enough to promise a response time we can prove, so we would rather not print one.
